Since its inception in 1995, the Cely Diagnostic Medical Center has continually evolved, keeping pace with advancements in medical imaging. Today, it stands as a testament to the visionary founder, Dr. Mohamed El Habib Diallo's unwavering commitment to excellence. The center offers patients a state-of-the-art imaging facility with twelve meticulously equipped examination rooms. This comprehensive setup caters to a diverse range of radiographic, mammographic, ultrasound, and CT scan procedures.

Dr. Mohamed El Habib Diallo, a distinguished graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Paris and former Hospital Practitioner, brought not only expertise but also a profound sense of purpose rooted in his upbringing. Born in Ségou and educated in Bamako, his journey in medicine was shaped by the invaluable influence of his mother, a dedicated midwife, and the heartfelt wisdom of his father, who held the well-being of Malians in the highest regard.

While fate led him to France, his connection to his homeland remained steadfast. In 1995, he established the Cely Diagnostic Medical Center in the heart of Bamako's Dibida neighborhood. Later, in 2006, he expanded his vision to create the Cely Diagnostic Medical Center on the grounds of the capital's former air base. These endeavors stand as living monuments to Dr. Diallo's enduring dedication to both the community and the healthcare profession.

In the somber year of 2020, the world bid farewell to this visionary leader. Dr. Mohamed El Habib Diallo's passing left a void, yet his legacy continues to illuminate the path of medical progress.
